The daughter of the fugitive deputy Dubnevych purchased an apartment in Dubai for 1 million euros

The daughter of MP Yaroslav Dubnevych, who is on the international wanted list, purchased a huge apartment in Dubai for over 44.8 million UAH (1.2 million euros at the NBU exchange rate). The residence is located in the skyscraper Forte Tower 2, and its area is 145 square meters. Currently, the apartment is being rented out.

According to the results of a joint investigation by NGL.media and "Slidstvo.Info", the individual in question is 33-year-old Roksolana Pyrtko. Her name appeared in a set of documents regarding real estate rentals in Dubai, which were accessed by international journalists and media outlets.

These documents state that the three-bedroom apartment was purchased on November 23, 2022. Since December 2023, it has been rented out for 265,000 dirhams (2.62 million UAH) per year.

In addition to real estate, Dubnevych’s daughter also acquired a business in the United Arab Emirates. In 2022, a company associated with her family, Symbol Consulting DMCC, obtained a local license for marketing services and management consulting for three years, which is a necessary requirement for conducting business in the UAE. The company’s website lists major family projects, including the Spartak shopping center in Lviv, solar power plants in the Lviv region, and a consulting business in Slovakia.

Previously, it became known that Roksolana Pyrtko is the founder of the Slovak company V. development & consulting and a shareholder in another Slovak company V. Investment SE. In September 2023, she, along with her husband Mykhaylo Pyrtko, purchased a two-story house in Bratislava for 600,000 euros. Additionally, a man with the same name owned the company P&P, which ceased operations in 2024.

In Ukraine, Roksolana Pyrtko co-founded several companies, including "Lvivbudmaks-invest", "Roksolana" shopping center, "Tsetulia Solar", "Lig Agro", and "Peredzvin", which also registers a Mercedes-Benz GLS 350 manufactured in 2024. Roksolana Pyrtko declined to comment on the investigation’s findings.
