Zelenskyy announced an increase in pensions

In the spring of 2025, Ukraine plans to conduct pension indexation. The increase in pension payments will begin on March 1.

This became known from the evening address of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Zelenskyy noted: "Importantly, we are already preparing for spring with pension indexation, this will take place from March 1."

He emphasized that despite financial difficulties, the government is finding ways to support all citizens and Ukrainian producers.

According to the President, nearly 13 million applications have been received for "eSupport," and nearly 13 billion hryvnias have been paid to Ukrainian families.

"The number of program participants indicates its importance and the necessity of similar direct support programs for citizens. There are already over 5 million participants in the ’National Cashback’ program - this is such a number of participants that speaks for itself. We are working on expanding all support formats that prove to be effective. And this will happen - I have given the relevant instructions to the government," Zelenskyy added.
