The first meeting of the Ukrainian side with Trump’s special representative for Ukraine took place
Ukraine’s Ambassador to the USA, Oksana Markarova, announced that the Ukrainian side held a meeting with Trump’s Special Representative for the Russian-Ukrainian War, Keith Kellogg. During the meeting, a "thorough discussion" took place.
This was reported with reference to the Facebook page of the Ukrainian ambassador.
As Markarova noted, this is not their first meeting, but the first since General Keith Kellogg was officially appointed as the Special Representative. The appointment took place on Monday, February 3rd.
"Not our first meeting with General Keith Kellogg overall, but the first in his official status as a Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia, to which he was appointed by President Trump on February 3rd. We had a thorough discussion with the Special Representative and his team, and my colleagues - WTO head General Kremenetsky and Deputy Denis Syenik," the message says.
