Lawyer: After the cancellation of martial law, mobilization may continue

Establishing peacetime does not cancel mobilization and travel restrictions for men, claims lawyer Volodymyr Pylypenko.

He emphasized that mobilization is carried out based on presidential decrees approved by the Council.

After the end of hostilities, demobilization may be conducted, and then limited mobilization will be needed to compensate for it.

"We will live with this for truly many years because we understand that the situation in the north and east will not change. They will strive to destroy Ukraine. We must be ready for this," stated the lawyer.
