AFU advanced in the Kursk region, threatening the flank of Russian troops
According to the Ukrainian public source DeepState, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have advanced in the Kursk region, capturing the village of Cherkaskaya Konopelka, located southeast of Sudzha, and approaching Fanaseevka.
The village of Fanaseevka is in the "gray" zone - according to DS maps.
Meanwhile, Russian military sources forecast potential strikes by the AFU on the border village of Plyekhove, which was regained under Russian control in December. The progress of Ukrainian troops in Cherkaskaya Konopelka poses a threat to the northeastern flank of Russian forces engaged in battles in the Makhnivka area.
On other fronts, Russian troops, according to DeepState, continue their offensive in Andriivka, near Chasovyi Yar, Toretsk, and Ternova.
