The Russian army shelled the central part of Kherson with artillery, a shell hit an apartment building, and there is an injured person.
This was stated by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
"Around 16:20, the Russian army shelled the central part of Kherson with artillery," it is reported.
It is noted that the shell hit an apartment building, damaging apartments and vehicles parked nearby.
As a result of the shelling, a 59-year-old woman received an explosive injury and a concussion. An ambulance crew took the victim to the hospital in moderate condition.
In the Kherson City Military Administration, it is reported that the 59-year-old Kherson resident received a concussion, explosive, and closed cranial injuries as a result of the enemy shelling of the city center after 16:00. At the moment of the shelling, she was on the street.
