During inspections, over 200 employees of state organizations were deprived of disability status, including customs, tax service, and prosecutor’s office employees.

This was reported by Tetyana Sapyan, the advisor to the head of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) on communication issues, during an interview on "Details", a video recording of which was posted on the YouTube channel on February 13.

"I can state that as a result of inspections and clarification of all circumstances regarding who and how received disability status, over 200 employees of state institutions have been fully deprived of disability status as of today. Among them are employees of the customs, tax service, prosecutor’s office, and other law enforcement agencies," she noted.

Additionally, according to Sapyan, in the last three months, disability groups have been downgraded, which affected the amount of payments.

The advisor added that the losses from fictitious disability status per civil servant amount to 100,000–200,000 UAH.
