KCSA: Searches are being conducted at Kyivavtodor

Searches are being conducted as part of a criminal investigation regarding the possible embezzlement of budget funds allocated for horizontal road marking services.

Investigators from the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv are conducting searches on February 19 in the premises of the municipal corporation Kyivavtodor.

This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration on Wednesday, February 19.

According to Kyivavtodor, the searches are being carried out based on a decision by the investigating judge of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv as part of a criminal investigation regarding the possible embezzlement of budget funds allocated for horizontal road marking services.

In turn, Kyivavtodor emphasizes that tenders for these services were conducted under the official public procurement procedure.

"The corporation’s employees are facilitating the investigation and providing all necessary documents required for a comprehensive and complete investigation. They, in turn, rely on an objective and unbiased investigation," the statement reads.
