Russians attacked Kostyantynivka: there are casualties
According to preliminary data, four guided aerial bombs were dropped on the city by Russian forces.
This was stated by Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
At this moment, it is reported that 3 people have died and 7 have been injured.
Damage has been sustained by 34 private houses, one administrative building, three power lines, and three gas pipelines.
