During the morning shelling of Kherson, the sorting center of JSC "Ukrposhta" was damaged. Earlier, the enemy hit a company truck heading towards Stanislav.
This information was released on Telegram by the company’s CEO, Ihor Smelyanskyi.
"Yesterday, the enemy targeted our truck that was heading to Stanislav, and this morning shelled our sorting center in Kherson. Stanislav is a small town right on the frontline in the Kherson region. Only ’Ukrposhta’ operates here, and the enemy constantly attacks peaceful residents," Smelyanskyi reported.
He showed a completely destroyed truck. According to the head of "Ukrposhta," the 21-year-old driver sustained severe injuries. He is currently in the hospital, and his life is out of danger.
Smelyanskyi noted that "Ukrposhta" will contact all clients whose parcels were destroyed due to the shelling and will reimburse the losses.
The company head added that the operation of the sorting center will be restored as soon as possible.
