Ukraine has an alternative to Starlink, - Kovalenko

Ukraine has an alternative to the American satellite system Starlink.

This was reported by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the NSDC Andriy Kovalenko.

According to him, the situation is not critical. Firstly, Ukraine is not being disconnected from the Starlink system. Secondly, Ukrainians have "alternative means" for the front.

"Due to the news about Starlink, there is definitely no need to say ’all is lost’. Firstly, there will be no disconnections. Secondly, alternative means exist that function on the front," he noted.

It is worth noting that earlier the publication Reuters wrote that the US could limit Ukraine’s access to the vital Starlink satellite internet system of Elon Musk to force it to sign a deal regarding mineral extraction.
