The 3rd Assault Brigade demonstrated repelling an attack in the Kharkiv region
Ukrainian defenders continue to defend their land and inflict significant losses on the enemy. This time, our military came under enemy fire control, but did not retreat and held the lines.
The relevant video was posted on the Telegram channel of the Third Separate Assault Brigade. The recording from the soldier’s helmet camera shows the Russian attempt to break through to the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.
"Explosions, the ringing of ’birds,’ and machine-gun rounds in the air – this is real-time war from the Third Assault. Under intense fire from both sides, our fighters defend a circular defence. Enemy drones circle over the shelters, and debris and earth fall from above," the report says.
The enemy shells our defenders with cluster munitions and grenades, but the troops bravely resist the aggressors and support each other.
"Everything is fine, everything’s clear. As long as I can work... To cover, cluster bomb!" one of our soldiers says.
As a result of the enemy shelling, a Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier is injured but does not stop fighting the enemy.
"A displaced finger on the left hand, blood is flowing from my head, and my right arm burns, but everything is fine," says the soldier.
