The Ministry of Culture has temporarily suspended exit permits for artists and journalists

The Ministry of Culture has announced that the issuance of support letters for artists and journalists to travel abroad has been temporarily suspended.

It is indicated that from March 3, the ministry temporarily ceases issuing support letters for military liable artists and journalists to travel abroad.

This decision is temporary and will be in effect until the formal procedure is clarified, which will allow to prevent abuses in the field of cultural diplomacy in the future.

Currently, all requests for support letters are not being processed. The possibility of travel will be restored after the agreed changes to the government decree are made.
