
On the night of March 5, the Russian army shelled the city of Kherson. As a result of the enemy strikes, one person was killed.
This was reported in the Telegram channel of the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
"Last night, the enemy shelled the Korabelny district of the city, resulting in fatal injuries to a 55-year-old man," the official reported.
He also noted that, as a result of enemy strikes on the settlements of the Kherson region over the past day, there was another death and 6 people were injured.
In total, the following areas were under fire and air strikes by Russian occupiers last day: Antonivka, Inzhenerne, Tomyna Balka, Sofiivka, Stanislav, Nadezhdivka, Prydniprovske, Beryslav, Mylove, Dudchany, Shlyakhove, Monastyrske, Chervonyi Mayak, Sadove, Bilozerka, Molodizhne, Zelenivka, Burgunka, Veletenske, Dniprovske, Lvove, Mykolayivka, Novo Beryslav, Novotyahynka, Odradokamyanka, Olhivka, Pryozerne, Sablukivka, and the city of Kherson.
The official added that the enemy struck social infrastructure and residential areas of the region’s settlements, specifically damaging 2 apartment buildings and 7 private houses.
Additionally, private vehicles were damaged due to the shelling.
