Forced mobilization in Lutsk: a man was "packed" by TRC and police officers
An incident of forced mobilization occurred in Lutsk.
Employees of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) together with the police detained a man, taking him directly from the street.
They took him by the arms and legs and drove him in an unknown direction.
