An informational attack was carried out on the online media "ANTIKOR"

Today, on March 10, 2025, we learned that false information aimed at discrediting the online media «ANTIKOR» appeared on one of the news websites.

«Formally, "ANTIKOR" is not registered as a legal entity in Ukraine. This means that its activities are not subject to state regulation, and any attempts to challenge or hold its representatives accountable become problematic. The publication is not listed in official media registers, does not pay taxes as a media enterprise, and does not have a transparent ownership structure,» the material, distributed with the aim of discrediting an independent media, states.

The article also mentions ownership rights over the publication, which is not true. Information about the legal entity that owns the «ANTIKOR» website, its ownership structure, and other legal aspects are available in the public domain.

We inform that the online media «ANTIKOR» is registered as a subject in the field of media by the decision of the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting (decision No. 88 dated January 09, 2025). According to the legal requirements, the website features the media subject identifier, editorial control address, and contact details. Our publication operates strictly within the current legislation and cautions other media against unlawful pressure on free journalism.

It is worth adding that the website where the mentioned article was posted, according to public sources, belongs to Viktor Filipchuk, an official during the Yanukovych era, who after serving in the government of Mykola Azarov, suddenly became a patriot of Ukraine. 

It is not excluded that this information was spread by an aggressor state to discredit independent Ukrainian media resources.

Lawyers representing our media on a voluntary basis have submitted a request for the retraction of false information. If this material is not retracted, we will use all legal mechanisms to refute the false information that harms the honor, dignity, and business reputation of our publication and the editorial team of the online media.
