
Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klychko, commenting on the latest high-profile news concerning, in particular, the capital’s land sector, named the officials dismissed from their positions in the Kyiv City State Administration and announced further cleansing of the authorities. He also instructed to check all documents regarding the land plots mentioned in the NABU investigation.
The Kyiv city head reported this in his Telegram channel. According to him, inspections in various departments are ongoing, and these are not the last dismissals for the sake of cleansing.
"Regarding the latest high-profile news, which concerns, in particular, the capital’s land sector. I want to note that the city provides all requested documents to law enforcement agencies and assists in the investigation," Klychko wrote.

In addition, Kyiv City Council deputy and head of the land commission Mykhailo Terentyev submitted his resignation from the position of director of ME "Engineering Center". The "UDAR" party faction is also withdrawing him from the Kyiv City Council deputies.

Furthermore, Klychko announced the dismissal of officials from the municipal association "Kyivzelenbud" – the general director of the enterprise Yurii Bakhmat, as well as the first deputy general director Oleksii Lukash and deputy head of the capital investments department KO Oleksandr Hora.
"In the field of urban planning of the capital and land relations, as previously stated, reorganization will be carried out. And not only in these areas. I instructed to check the documents regarding the land plots mentioned in the NABU investigation and the legality of their allocation, which raises questions. As a result of the check, where there are violations, the land allocations will be canceled," Klychko emphasized.
He added that the city authorities are already preparing a package of decisions to prevent such abuses in the future. This also concerns procedures to close loopholes in the legislation.
"Regarding the latter, we have prepared an appeal to the parliament. So that the Verkhovna Rada appropriately regulates in the law the ratio of the area of land plots to the real estate objects placed on them. Decisions are also being prepared regarding the reorganization of the structural subdivisions of the Kyiv City State Administration," Klychko concluded.
