Russian attack on Chernihiv: SES showed the aftermath
The State Emergency Service showed footage after the Russian strike on Chernihiv.
"As a result of the hit, a fire broke out in a multi-story building, partially destroying 2 floors. A strike on the private sector was also recorded. All necessary services are working on the site. Information about casualties and victims is being clarified," the statement said.
