Murder of activist Demyan Hanul: the detainee was served with a suspicion notice

The suspect in the murder of activist Demyan Hanul has been served with a notice of suspicion.

This was reported to "Suspilne" by the press secretary of the specialized defense prosecution in the southern region, Eduard Pleshko.

The suspect has been charged under paragraph 11 of part 2 of article 115, and part 1 of article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — premeditated murder committed on order, and illegal handling of weapons. The prosecution is requesting the court to remand the suspect in custody without the possibility of bail.
