The occupiers struck Kupyansk, a man was injured
The Russian army struck Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region two more times on March 19, injuring an elderly man.
This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration on Telegram, as transmitted by Ukrinform.
"Around 15:20, the enemy launched an attack on the city using aviation. A fire broke out in a garage. A 76-year-old man suffered an acute stress reaction," the post says.
Additionally, according to the regional administration, around 16:00, Russian forces struck an administrative building. A fire broke out in the premises.
