Company specialists are working to resolve the issue, but as of 4:00 PM, the system has not yet been restored.
How to purchase tickets?
During the outage, passengers can purchase tickets directly at ticket offices at the stations. "Ukrzaliznytsia" has also increased the operation of ticket offices and allowed train conductors to arrange ticket purchases onboard in the most urgent cases. Additionally, international ticket sales for March 23 and 24 are open at all international ticket offices at stations.

Did the glitch affect train schedules?
"Ukrzaliznytsia" reports that the technical glitch did not affect train schedules. All trains are running on schedule, and the situation is being monitored.
