After a major failure in the "Ukrzaliznytsia" online services system, the company announced that their electronic platforms remain unavailable.

As a result, there is increased pressure at the station ticket offices, as evidenced by a photo of a long queue published on the company’s official channels.

Representatives of "Ukrzaliznytsia" reported that they plan to restore the ability to order tickets online tomorrow. Temporarily, passengers can purchase tickets only through ticket offices at the stations.
