In Saudi Arabia, negotiations have begun between delegations from Russia and the USA

It is noted that the meeting between the Russian and US delegations in Saudi Arabia will be held behind closed doors. Saudi Arabia’s state security officials asked journalists to leave the premises of the Ritz-Carlton hotel.

Russian-American talks at the expert level will take place on Monday with the participation of the chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Grigoriy Karasin and adviser to the director of the FSB Sergey Beseda from the Russian side.

Updated: According to reports from pro-Kremlin media, the meeting will be held in a closed format. Journalists apparently have been asked to leave the Ritz-Carlton hotel, where the negotiations will take place.
