Vadym Alperin has definitively lost in the ECHR in his lawsuit against Ukraine.
This was officially announced today by the ECHR representative from the Ministry of Justice, Marharyta Sokorenko, who actually represented Ukraine in this process.
The illegality of his detention by NABU, the public status from the president as the "godfather of smuggling," the populism of his detention...
Vadym tried to refute all this, but the ECHR recognized the legitimacy of the actions of both NABU and Ukraine as a whole.
