Situation on the front: The AFU stopped 209 enemy attacks in a day
During the past day, Ukrainian defenders repelled 209 enemy attacks on all fronts. 68 aggressor attacks were stopped in the Pokrovsk direction, while in the Kupyansk and Lyman directions, the enemy conducted 58 assaults. Russian invaders also carried out 18 attacks in the Kursk region.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in the Kharkiv direction, the enemy attempted to break through the defence near Vovchansk and Figolivka, launching six attacks. In the Kupiansk direction, the invaders conducted 26 assaults in the areas of Stepova Novoselivka, Zahrizove, and in the direction of Petropavlivka, Pishchane, Nova Kruglyakivka, and Bohuslavka.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 32 times, attempting to break through the defense in the areas of Nadiia, Kolodiazi, Myrne, Yampilivka, and other settlements. At the same time, in the Siversk direction, Ukrainian troops successfully stopped three attacks in Bilohorivka and Verkhniokamianske.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy attacked the areas of Chasiv Yar and Predtechyne four times. In the Toretsk direction, the enemy conducted 24 attacks, trying to break through the defense in the areas of Krymske, Ozarianivka, and other settlements.
Ukrainian defenders also stopped 68 attacks in the Pokrovsk direction, where the enemy attempted to capture Panteleimonivka, Oleksandropil, Vodyane Druhe, and other settlements. In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy carried out 14 attacks in the areas of Kostyantynopil, Rozlyv, Skudne, and in the Hulyaipole direction, Ukrainian forces stopped nine attacks.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy stormed Ukrainian defenders’ positions near Shcherbaky, Lobkove, and Kamianske four times.
In addition, during the day, the enemy conducted 22 airstrikes using 25 guided aerial bombs and carried out 382 shellings, including 26 with multiple launch rocket systems. Ukraine’s Defenñe Forces continue to actively undermine the enemy’s offensive potential, inflicting significant losses in equipment and manpower.
