Ukraine does not recognize U.S. military aid as a debt, - Zelenskyy
Zelenskyy emphasized that he will not consider U.S. military aid as a debt.
He noted that Kyiv received a draft of a new agreement on critical minerals from the U.S., which «significantly differs from the previous framework agreement».
As Zelenskyy stated, Ukraine does not intend to view the provided military aid as a debt.
"We are grateful for the support, but this is not a loan, and we will not allow it to be considered as such," – he noted.
