Preliminary version of the agreement with the USA requires discussion, - Svyrydenko
The new resource agreement with the US is a working version of the document that reflects the views of the American side, Vice Prime Minister Yuliya Svyrydenko reported.
Ukraine is currently determining its position.
"This is a preliminary version that mainly reflects the opinion of American advisors. We will present our opinion. Public discussions regarding this agreement only cause harm and complicate constructive dialogue with American partners. As soon as an agreement is reached, we will definitely announce our position publicly," she said in her speech in the parliament.
Svyrydenko noted that if necessary, there will be consultations with the Verkhovna Rada regarding the mineral agreement.
