
In the Brovary district of the Kyiv region, during roadworks, workers discovered a mortar mine. Sappers were called to the site to neutralize the dangerous find.
This was reported by the press service of the local patrol police. Residents of the region were urged not to touch suspicious objects and to immediately call the special services.
According to pyrotechnicians, in the village of Velyka Dymerka in the Kyiv region, during roadworks, workers came across a suspicious object resembling a shell.

"Sappers from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine [arrived at] the scene. The experts determined that the found object is an 82 mm mortar mine remaining from World War II," clarified the press service.
The explosive find was removed and transported to a special training ground for further destruction.
