The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have captured a settlement in the Pokrovsk direction
On the Pokrovsk direction, Russian Armed Forces have managed to capture the village of Sukha Balka. The Russian tricolor has already been installed in the center of this settlement.
This was reported in his Telegram channel by a Defence Forces soldier with the call sign "Muchnyi".
"The enemy completely controls Valentynivka and has taken new positions in the neighboring Sukha Balka. The flag of the Russians is now in the center of this settlement. The further movement will be towards Kostyantynivka. At the moment, there are serious problems with defense here, so if our command does not take any measures, the problems will become even more serious," he reported.
Currently, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has not made any official comments regarding the capture of Sukha Balka by the Russians.
Additionally, "Muchnyi" noted that the Russians have problems with the quality of personnel in the area of Vdale. An attacker on crutches was spotted in this area.
"Regarding the situation in Kotlyne, everything is more or less stable, the enemies are dying, and no advancement is observed from them. In Pishchane and Shevchenko, there are no changes, battles continue in the settlements, the enemy is wasting our time in vain, sitting and dying, but continues to resist," "Muchnyi" wrote.
He added that in the area of Zelene, the Defence Forces are trying to counterattack from the east, while the enemy is located in the village.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted in a report dated April 17 that over the past day, Russian Armed Forces conducted 29 assaults here. The occupiers attempted to break through the defense near the settlements of Oleksandropil, Yelyzavetivka, Lisivka, Zvernevo, Uspenivka, Novooleksandrivka, Preobrazhenka, Troitske, Andriivka, Bohdanivka, Stara Mykolaivka, and towards Sergeyevka.
