Renowned sculptor Zurab Tsereteli has passed away

At the age of 92, renowned sculptor and monumental artist Zurab Tsereteli has passed away.

This is reported with reference to the artist’s assistant, Sergey Shagulashvili.

«Yes, it [the death] happened today at half-past midnight», — wrote Shagulashvili, adding that the decision regarding the farewell and burial will be made later.
