Where has the famous pyramid builder Oleksandr Pan-Prochukhan disappeared to again?

Widely known in narrow circles, pyramid builder Oleksandr Pan gained his moment of fame in 2021 when, at his request, a court blocked 426 internet resources. The reason for such a demand was information that allegedly defamed Mr. Pan.

The situation was so absurd that it required intervention at the government level. As explained by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, the court acted on the basis of a criminal case opened at the request of Oleksandr Pan, which became the basis for the decision of the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv to block over 400 resources where Pan’s surname was mentioned in a negative context. The decision was made by Judge Kateryna Plakhotnyuk, against whom severe punishments were promised at the highest level for making a knowingly strange decision.

However, that was the end of it — the scandal was settled, and soon forgotten. Kateryna Plakhotnyuk remained in her position, and Oleksandr Pan continued to do what he was doing — that is, building pyramids, but at a much higher level. He moved from the "MMM-ers" to big business. The story of how an ordinary swindler, who worked as a "dekatitisiast" in MMM-2011 in Vinnytsia, moved to the international level, is full of contradictions and mysteries. Because nothing predicted such a swift career for Oleksandr Pan, who at that time was named Prochukhan (according to registry data, he changed it no earlier than 2018).

Though not an ordinary, but far from a key participant in a common and long-known pyramid, which ended as it should have, Oleksandr Prochukhan, not yet having become Pan, was supposed to sit for fraud. But nothing of the kind happened. Oleksandr Prochukhan was not even harmed by those pyramid participants who lost money there, and there were at least 34,000 of them in Vinnytsia, as stated in 2011 by the "consultant" of the pyramid MMM-2011 Yevhen Demkin. Oleksandr Prochukhan not only avoided criminal punishment, but he also decided to enter politics along with other "ten-thousandth".

Politics didn’t go very well, but Oleksandr Prochukhan managed to break through to another level of fraud. Later, his name surfaced in connection with the activities of such international pyramids as Questra World, AGAM, Mak Holding, SPANG Capital, "Formula of Money", "Golden Section", "Astral Flight", and so forth. In total, Prochukhan is involved in no fewer than ten pyramids of various levels. Interestingly, he was not harmed by any of them, although one of his companies — iPan — was mentioned in a criminal case regarding payments from POS terminals in Crimea and the occupied territories.

After the opening of the gambling market, the surname of Oleksandr Prochukhan, who by then had become Pan, surfaced in connection with First Casino, which, although it formally did not have Oleksandr Pan in its ownership structure, was nevertheless associated with him through his partners. And it was also accused of ties with Russian owners.

But even here, it was like with Judge Kateryna Plakhotnyuk and the grim statement by Anton Herashchenko — that is, nothing. The casino operates as before. However, in 2021, Oleksandr Pan was listed as “Myrotvorets” for his cooperation with the Russian Federation. Here’s a screenshot.

But... try to find his surname in "Myrotvorets" now. You’ll be surprised, but it’s not there. This entire short story raises big questions. As for the statements of Mr. Herashchenko and others, the fact that they abruptly forgot about Oleksandr Pan is not surprising. The reasons for their forgetfulness can be guessed with almost 100% certainty. Especially in the context of how and who promoted the legalization of gambling and lobbied the interests of Russian casinos, which were among the first to receive licenses and continue to operate in Ukraine even now. However, the story with "Myrotvorets" is quite strange. And there is no explanation as to why Pan’s surname disappeared from there.

However, what’s interesting is the continuation of the story. And — the sudden disappearance of Oleksandr Pan from the radars. Probably, Oleksandr Prochukhan did not try in vain to distance himself from his past. Having made sufficient earnings from pyramids and changed his surname, Pan tried to legalize both his capital and himself.

And he began to create a positive image of a “great businessman and philanthropist”. What would the world be without “philanthropy” today, especially if you have such a biography? According to registry data, Oleksandr Pan is the co-owner or beneficiary of no fewer than 11 legal entities. Types of activity range from property leasing to trusts.

But a deeper study of these companies’ activities indicates that Oleksandr Pan is bankrupt. LLC "Spang Agro", one of Pan’s main assets, is in the red:

Investment "Spang Fund" has been in the red since its inception. Moreover, almost all of Oleksandr Pan’s companies are involved in a criminal case No. 12020000000000834, opened on 01.09.2020, regarding unlawful appropriation of property by deceit and abuse of trust (fraud), using electronic computing technology, in especially significant amounts, and legalization (laundering) of proceeds obtained by criminal means, in particularly large amounts, under signs of criminal offenses from Article 190, part 3, and Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

All Pan’s firms in this case are connected with the activities of the very pyramids that Oleksandr Pan tried to clean out of the internet, and for which Anton Herashchenko threatened to dismiss both the police officers who initiated the criminal case based on Pan’s statement and the judge who made the decision regarding the blocking of the resources.

The criminal case, as we can see, has been ongoing for six years. This did not prevent Oleksandr Pan from further promoting his persona. But it clearly didn’t work out with legitimate business — he even owes utility bills at the house on Heroes of Stalingrad Avenue 2-D, where he lived until recently.

But much more important is that Oleksandr Pan some time ago disappeared from the radars again. Where did he go — it is unknown, but on his Facebook page the last entry is dated January 10 of last year, and Pan’s charitable foundation posted its last news in September 2024. After that — silence.

This leads to thoughts that Oleksandr Pan clearly sensed something was wrong. And decided to disappear before it’s too late. Or wait out the storm, hoping for high-level patrons. Which he clearly has, considering the entire previous biography of "dekatitisiast" MMM and "venture capitalist" Oleksandr Pan-Prochukhan.
