In Odesa, a developer managed to obtain permits for the construction of a building at 1-G Rybalska Balka Street, despite a trail of criminal cases regarding the construction.

According to Dumskaya, confirmation of this appeared on the website of the state electronic system in the field of construction.

It is noted that the Odesa Department of State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate (SACI) repeatedly denied the developer due to an incomplete set of documents. However, despite this, the construction work was actively carried out, as reported earlier by the head of the SACI, Oleksandr Avdyeyev. He also stated that unknown young men with a sporty appearance threatened neighbors when they complained about the illegal actions of the developer.

Nonetheless, a commission recently issued the permit. The publication emphasizes that urban planning documents were obtained in May 2020 by Oleh Andrusik for the construction of a semi-detached house for two families. On real estate sales websites, apartments in the FELICITA clubhouse are being sold at this address. At this time, some realtors have suspended sales.

The SACI later reported that they plan to revoke the permit.
