
In Russia, on the night of Monday, April 28, drones attacked the city of Bryansk: a series of explosions occurred and fires started. Preliminary reports indicate that one of the largest microelectronics enterprises of the aggressor country - JSC "Kremniy EL Group" - was hit.
Russian propagandists claimed the work of air defence, which "shot down dozens of Ukrainian drones." However, channels publishing clear footage of the "explosions" report at least two or three hits in the factory workshop.
The first to report the attack were local residents: according to them, after 01:40, they counted from 10 to 15 explosions, particularly in the Volodarskiy and Sovetskiy districts, and also saw flashes over the city. Residents of the towns of Novozybkov and Klints also noted that they heard the "sound of an engine in the sky."
"Several cars caught fire in a parking lot on Krasnoarmeyskaya Street. Preliminary reports suggest they were hit by a Ukrainian UAV, and a residential building on Moskovskaya Street is on fire. There is no official information about casualties. Governor Aleksandr Bogomaz announced that the air defence is repelling the attack," local public pages published.

Later, citing the head of the region, propagandists claimed that the Russian air defence "destroyed several dozen Ukrainian drones." They also stated that as a result of the attack in Bryansk, "damage was inflicted on civilian objects and infrastructure; one civilian was killed, and another resident was injured."

Meanwhile, monitoring Telegram channels report that this night, the Russian microelectronics manufacturer "Kremniy EL" was attacked in Bryansk: at least two or three hits in its workshop were recorded.

The plant is one of the largest suppliers of military microelectronics in the Russian Federation, in which the Kremlin poured billions of funds. It has been attacked for the fifth time during the full-scale war. The distance from it to the border with Ukraine is 110 km.
