If Russia truly seeks peace, its troops must cease fire immediately.

This was stated by the head of the Ukrainian MFA, Andriy Sybiha.

"If Russia really wants peace, it must stop the fire immediately. Why wait until May 8? A ceasefire can begin right now from any date for 30 days—to make it realistic, not just for show. Ukraine is ready to support a long-lasting, reliable, and complete ceasefire. And we are consistently proposing this—for at least 30 days," he emphasized.
