According to Energy Minister Halushchenko, Ukraine is offering support to European countries affected by significant power outages on the Iberian Peninsula.

«We are ready to share our knowledge and experience accumulated, particularly during the period of constant Russian attacks on energy infrastructure», the minister noted.
