The supervisory board of "Naftogaz" has appointed Serhiy Koretskyi as the new head of the company.

This was reported by EP sources in "Naftogaz" and the government.

Sources inform that in the final selection, the candidates were Serhiy Koretskyi and Oleh Prokhorenko, who previously led "Ukrgazvydobuvannya".

Serhiy Koretskyi has been managing the companies "Ukrnafta" and "Ukrtatnafta" since November 2022. Before this, since 2013, he worked as the CEO of WOG. From 2018, he was engaged in his own business.
