Escape with a fracture: a resident of Dnipro accused a military commissar of forced conscription

In Dnipro, a man claims that during an attempt to escape from TRC employees, he sustained a serious injury — a fractured hip.

According to the victim, he was initially hit by the mirror of a car driven by military commissariat representatives. Despite this, he continued to flee, but he was caught by what he described as a «huge brute» from the TRC who kicked him. As a result of the kick, the man fell and broke his hip.

Currently, the victim is in the hospital — he is to have metal pins inserted.
