On May 10, NABU conducted searches among high-ranking officials of the National Guard, including Pivnenko.
His name appears in a case involving the possible embezzlement of over 199 million UAH and bribes totaling 190 million.
"Azov" has defended the general, emphasizing his active participation in combat processes. The investigation is currently not providing comments.
