ZelenskyY and Erdogan will meet today in Istanbul
The published schedule of the Turkish president indicates that at 1:00 PM Kyiv time, Erdogan has a meeting planned with Zelenskyy in Ankara.
This means that Zelenskyy is likely not to be present at the negotiations in Istanbul.
Earlier, the President of Ukraine stated that he would not conduct negotiations without Putin’s participation, who is not planning to go to Istanbul.
There is also no official confirmation yet that today in Istanbul the Ukrainian delegation will hold a meeting with the Russian delegation at all. And if it does take place, it is still unknown in what composition and at what time.
