The DIU showcased new powerful Magura marine drones
The Ukrainian military intelligence has introduced the new generation of naval drones, Magura V7, for the first time. These are the drones that recently destroyed two Russian Su-30 fighters.
It is worth noting that Ukrainian drones of previous Magura generations have successfully attacked 16 Russian ships in the Black Sea, nine of which were destroyed. On New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2024, they shot down two Mi-8 helicopters for the first time and damaged a third one.
Regarding the Magura V7, this new generation of naval drones made history by destroying two Russian Su-30 fighters for the first time. This occurred on May 2, 2025.
