In social networks, fake accounts of state leaders have started to appear - CCD

This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defence Council on Telegram.

"The Center has documented the creation of fake accounts of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, First Lady Olena Zelenska, Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak, and Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Malyuk on Telegram," the publication states.

The Center emphasizes that the President, the First Lady, and the Head of the Office have official accounts that are verified (blue check mark), and activities of the Head of the Security Service of Ukraine are covered on the official verified account of the Security Service of Ukraine.

All other channels are fake.

The Center for Countering Disinformation notes that in some cases, fake channels are created based on old crypto exchange public pages by renaming them.
