U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio outlined the factors that, in his opinion, hinder achieving peace in Ukraine.

«The main challenge in Ukraine is that Russia seeks to gain what it currently does not have and has no legal grounds for, while Ukraine wishes to reclaim what it cannot obtain through military force. This is the root of the problem,» noted Rubio.
