
Kharkiv region has once again become a target of Russian attacks. As a result of drone and aviation strikes on Chuhuiv and the village of Hrushivka, civilian infrastructure was damaged, and one man was injured.
Explosions rang out in the morning on Wednesday, May 21, in Chuhuiv and the village of Hrushivka, Kupyansk district.
This was reported by the press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
At approximately 10:00, an enemy drone, likely of the "Molniya-2" type, hit the roof of an administrative building in Chuhuiv. The strike damaged offices and the facade of the building, but fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries.



Meanwhile, in the village of Hrushivka, at approximately 9:30, Russian forces carried out an airstrike on the residential sector. As a result of the shelling, private homes and cars were destroyed, and a 39-year-old local resident was injured and taken to the hospital.


It is noted that under the procedural guidance of the Chuhuiv and Kupyansk district prosecutor’s offices, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes by Russian military personnel (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Law enforcement officers continue to document the consequences of the attacks and gather evidence to bring those responsible to justice.
