Turkey is preparing the ground for a meeting between Zelenskyy and Putin

Turkey hopes to agree on the technical aspects of the peace process in Ukraine in Istanbul, after which a meeting between Zelenskyy and Putin may take place, said Turkish Foreign Minister Fidan.

Peskov also today allowed for a meeting between Putin and Zelenskyy if the delegations reach the necessary agreements.

Recall, Ukraine declares readiness for a meeting with the Russian Federation in Istanbul on June 2 but calls on the Russian Federation to first hand over the memorandum. Russia intends to present its conditions for the peace process at the meeting.
