In Ukraine, civilian mortality increased by 59% over the year

This is reported with reference to UN data.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, at least 13,279 people have been killed, including 707 children.

It was once again added that attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure are violations of international humanitarian law.
