On the eastern front, the AFU destroyed a Russian "Tor-M2" SAM system

In the eastern direction, Ukrainian reconnaissance units discovered and helped destroy a Russian "Tor-M2" surface-to-air missile system valued at approximately 25 million dollars.

This was reported in a statement by the operational-strategic group of troops "Khortytsia".

Thanks to the skill of the reconnaissance troops from the "Chornyi Lis" artillery reconnaissance brigade, the Ukrainian military succeeded in locating and coordinating a strike on the Russian short-range SAM "Tor-M2".

"The destruction of important weaponry of the occupying army reduces the enemy’s capabilities on the battlefield for a long time," emphasized in the Khortytsia OSTG.

It should be noted that the short-range SAM "Tor-M2" is designed for air and missile defence missions, protecting critical military assets and ground forces.

The approximate cost of this system is 25 million dollars.
