Honcharenko submitted a draft law on criminal liability for "busification" from the TRC

Member of Parliament Oleksiy Honcharenko announced that he has submitted a bill to the Verkhovna Rada, which provides for criminal liability, including imprisonment, for the use of physical force by employees of Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRC) against citizens.

"For abuse — criminal liability and imprisonment," Honcharenko wrote, explaining the essence of his initiative.

This bill is aimed at holding TRC employees accountable who exceed their authority and use force during mobilization activities, which has caused significant public outcry in Ukraine.
