Ukraine and Russia conducted a new prisoner exchange
Ukraine has returned military personnel of the Armed Forces, National Guard, and border guards from Russian captivity, most of whom had been held since 2022, President Zelenskyy reported.
"Our people are returning home from Russian captivity. These are warriors of the Armed Forces, National Guard, and State Border Guard Service. Most of them have been in captivity since 2022," the president reported.
The defenders returning home fought in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Kyiv regions.
