In the Kyiv City Council, a conversation is being initiated with deputies involved in Komarnytskyi’s "toilet schemes"

Kyiv City Council deputy and member of the Regulatory Commission Viktoriya Ptashnyk intends to summon several colleagues involved in the NABU investigation regarding the "toilet schemes" for a conversation. At the end of March 2025, she had already invited the then-city council secretary Volodymyr Bondarenko for a discussion, and he was forced to provide explanations due to the existence of schemes in the city. Now, according to Ptashnyk, it’s time for other deputies.

Viktoriya Ptashnyk announced her intentions on Facebook, as reported by Informator.

She recalled that in March, when she communicated with the then Kyiv City Council Secretary Bondarenko, other participants in the case, including Klitschko’s deputy Petro Olenych and two deputies - Mykhailo Terentyev (head of the "land" commission of the Kyiv City Council, then still from "UDAR") and Olena Marchenko (member of the commission, "Fatherland") - were still in Lukianivka pre-trial detention center.

"At that time, I initiated the invitation of only Bondarenko to the Regulatory Commission, as other figures in the case were detained and could not physically be present. However, later on, they were all released on bail. Moreover, the head of the land commission, Mr. Terentyev, and the member of the land commission, Ms. Marchenko, as it turned out, have not resigned their mandates and do not even intend to," Ptashnyk explained in the post.

She also noted that Terentyev is even trying to convene the "land" commission and lead it. Informator recently wrote about how, despite the criminal case and his recall by the convention of his former party "UDAR" from the Kyiv City Council in May, this deputy continues his activities. He has appealed the loss of his deputy mandate in court and continues to sign documents of the city council’s "land" commission - we even provided a document with his signature as proof.

"The ethics and anti-corruption committee has far more questions for Mykhailo Terentyev and Olena Marchenko than for Bondarenko, who did come and was publicly questioned. That is why I approached the Regulatory Commission with a request to invite the acting head of the land commission Terentyev and member of this commission Olena Marchenko to our meeting," Viktoriya Ptashnyk noted, adding that anyone can propose questions for these deputies in the comments under her post.
