During the Russian attack on Kyiv on July 4, a new anti-record was set: the enemy used the largest number of aerial targets in a single attack.
This was reported on television by the spokesperson of the Air Force of Ukraine, Yuriy Ihnat.
"Regarding today’s attack, it’s another anti-record. Unfortunately, the enemy attacks with a large number of UAVs: a total of 550 aerial targets. More than 330 strike ’Shaheds’. This is the largest number (of aerial targets - ed.) the enemy has used in a single attack," Ihnat stated.
At the same time, he noted that there were also many interceptions.
"We have both interceptions by fire means and so-called locationally lost ones. This statistic also includes decoy drones that the enemy is using," the spokesperson added.
